Go to menards with a list; you'll leave with A TREASURE.
Kidzlane® Play Doctor Kit ONLY $1.99?
Gabba Goods® Metallix Core Wireless Headphones ONLY $4.99
16 oz Glass Tumbler 4 pc Set ONLY $9.99
4-pack LED Puck Lights ONLY $4.99
LED lights? Menards, you got me with that hook in the subject line. There is some home improvement and a DIY project to be seen here. After the French press, cutting board, paddle, and digital thermometer, you get a hot price on colored lights. AND, no rebate. I’m in. “Save Big Money At Menards.”
Menards isn’t backing down from these hot deals in-store. More Special Buys. More More “As Seen On TV.” More Toys. You’ll add something to the basket that’s not on the list. But Menards is missing the “treasure” I buy every visit. Where did it go Menards?
The store entrance is full of special buys like these reusable silicone straws. Cleaning brush included!
There’s an aisle of “As Seen On TV,” in case you’re looking for some of those copper supports.
Near checkout in seasonal are aisles of toys left from the holidays. We’ve been seeing a lot of leftover holiday stock. Look for these puzzles in the next “Flash Sale” email.
Where did the JujuBes Go?
I’m asking for a friend. Every trip to Menards ends in the candy aisle. Every home improvement project has JUJUBES in the basket. Menards and Walgreens were the only places I could find my wife’s favorite candy—no more. On my last two trips, I’ve brought home Jujyfruits. Have Jujubes been canceled? I’ll have to Google it.
What’s the point of this post? Sure Menards sells crazy stuff. Menards puts everything on sale. Menards is crazy. If you’re doing a campaign at Menards, you’ve got permission to be crazy. With Menards, lead with crazy; your product could be the treasure that makes it into the basket.
Next week, we’ve got to visit Ace and look for anything “exclusive.” Plus, we’ll head back to Lowe’s and check their Super Bowl sponsorship. Until then, go have fun at a store.
